MANAVISION PRODUCES/POSTS FOR SEMA 2007


ManaVision recently completed video production for debut at SEMA 2007. The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world. It draws the industry’s brightest minds and hottest products to one place, the Las Vegas Convention Center.

ManaVision producer/director Sam Manavis worked closely with editor Dave Temmesfeld to design the dramatic opening scene, showing the effects of criminals breaking in to vehicles. The ManaVision team composited all the elements and applied various effects to heighten the realism of the scene.

MANAVISION DESIGNS OPEN AND GRAPHICS FOR COMAIR AWARDS


ManaVision recently completed work on the graphics, bumpers and animated open for ComAir's award show, "Live with the Stars." The studio drew its inspiration from the look of "Saturday Night Live."

According to ManaVision owner and Producer Sam Manavis, the video segments were integrated into the electronic presentation. "We literally had instant access to any given video clip," he notes.

ManaVision provided onsite event support using two Apple Powerbooks to execute the video and graphics.

MANAVISION HELPS LJB BUILD QM VIDEO


LJB, Inc. has a reputation for providing innovative facility and infrastructure design solutions. ManaVision helped LJB to create a quality management video that could be used for internal training.

MANAVISION SOARS WITH COMAIR


The ManaVision crew sets off, camera and laptop in hand, to provide the finishing touches to the opening video for ComAir's 30th anniversary event. During the event, digital video was captured on-site and imported into ManaVision's mobile video editing suite to create the video.

In addition, Flash video files of the event were created for streaming on the company's website.

MANAVISION DRIVES BONNEVILLE DVD


Avid editor Dave Temmesfeld at ManaVision Video and Multimedia recently edited a three song music video DVD for rock band, Bonneville. The DVD promotes the band's songs, "What You Say, Young Alice and Comics of Queens"

Sam Manavis, Producer/Director, directed the project, which was filmed at Gilly's in Dayton, Ohio. The DVD includes live performances as well as interviews with the band.

The ManaVision crew shot the project 16:9 digital video in order to give it the desired sleek, stylized, polished and glossy look. Bonneville management stopped in at ManaVision to view the footage and were impressed with the final results.

The DVD is scheduled for release August 1, 2007.

"JUSTICE FOR ALL?" WINS EMMY

Justice for All?, produced by ThinkTV and edited by ManaVision Video and Multimedia, won this year's Emmy in the "Interview/Discussion Program" category.

The one hour public affairs program is hosted by Ray Suarez (Senior Correspondent, The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer). In addition to editorial, ManaVision provided a graphics package that included lower thirds and open/closing animations.

ManaVision continues its work for Clark's Pharmacy with the recent completion of a new :30 commercial that promotes the pharmacy chain's free antibiotics program.

MANAVISION HELPS C/G ELECTRODES GLOW

MANAVISION WINS BIG WITH BELTERRA CASINO


ManaVision produced and edited a comedic opening video for Belterra Casino's awards show.
The piece offers three humorous solutions to making this year's awards show more exciting.
The dream sequences placed nominees in disco, workout and wrestling scenes.

MANAVISION ADDS EDITOR


David Temmesfeld has joined ManaVision as video editor bringing with him 10 years of experience in commercial, feature film and documentaries.

Temmesfeld is an AVID certified editor and has many years experience with Final Cut Pro. He moves between AVID, Final Cut and a palette of graphics programs to create programs for national and local companies.

MANAVISION PRESERVES MUSIC HISTORY FOR THE GRAMMY FOUNDATION


ManaVision produced video segments for The GRAMMY Foundation's 9th Annual Music Preservation event, The Soul of Country.

The event, hosted by four-time GRAMMY winning artist, Marty Stuart, included special guest, Terrence Howard and performances by Deana carter, Shooter Jennings, Charley Pride, LeAnn Rimes and Porter Wagoner.

The GRAMMY Foundation's programs are designed to cultivate understanding, appreciation and advancement of the contribution of recorded music to American culture.
